Great service today for my ‘direct to boot order’ which I just picked up this afternoon thank you for finally processing my order & not cancelling it on me again , as earlier this morning I received a message from Coles online saying that my order has been cancelled due to an ‘operational issue’ Special thanks to the polite young man that delivered my order to my boot, sorry I can’t remember your name. I contacted Coles Online customer service straight away to see why my order was cancelled today & also last week I had the same issues , same text message etc sent to me with the same reason “operational issues” ( so 2 ‘direct to boot ‘ orders cancelled on me over a fortnight .) very annoying.! I was connected to Jessica who was so helpful & she was able to re-submit my online order on my behalf., it took took nearly 1 hr of my time but I’m so grateful for the great customer service from Jessica thank you for your time also & your professionalism.
The right size coles. Not too big not too small. And it has a carpark with less crowds. Same friendly staff too. And to get from car to shop you don't have to walk a mile past 50 useless shops. Also got a bottle recycle point in the car park.
It is a really convenience store. Especially when you need to buy something unexpectedly during the Festive Season and New Year. There's also lots of easily parking spaces available.
Easy parking, wide selection of products. Very helpful staff. Also has the bottle recycling depot in the car park. Very good for a quick shop. Very seldom have to wait for a cashier
Out of all the Coles I have been, I personally like Coles at Dee Why grand the most and then Coles at Manly Vale. It is not the busiest of place, staffs at checkout have smile on their face, and recently they also i stalled trolley wipers which is a big place. The only reason for not goving 5 stars is because I have had few experiences where shelf refillers would just come infront of me or other customers with big trolleys and some with vegetables and completely block the way amd won't even a.plogize. I can understand how busy they could be but you know like today I was with my trolley and two people who staffs who were refilling produce section came with their small trolley, block my way and were speaking in their own language and so I had to use the other aisle.
Jesse was the best cashier ever he was so good cause of the inconvenience of a deal he compensated it for us please promote him best employee ever
It's local and convenient, always greeted with a smile and find the staff most helpful. Yes more variety elsewhere, but the convenience of it being so close is priceless. Keep up the good work :-)
